I include this shot just because the sky was so gloriously blue today. This was taken at a pullout on the auto road. The four-and-a-half mile walk from the park gate to the summit will be shortened to a half-mile when the gate opens to auto traffic beginning Memorial Day weekend. A foot trail to the summit is also available from Winslow State Park on the northern side of Kearsarge.
